About Annex Fulfillment
Annex Fulfillment is a Portland-based ecommerce fulfillment center offering 20+ years of industry experience combined with modern technology and support. Founded in 2001, the company began with a commitment to address the lack of local fulfillment services in Portland by building its own warehousing and fulfillment infrastructure. In 2014, Annex expanded its warehousing square footage into a climate-controlled facility in the heart of Portland. The company offers global shipping capabilities with access to many courier, freight, and shipping options for both domestic and international shipments. Services include customer service, returns, and exchanges management with dedicated account representatives knowledgeable about each client's products. Pricing is based on order volume, incentivizing sales with a base fee covering approximately 50 orders, then charging additional fees for pick, SKU storage, and actual freight beyond that threshold. The company scales with businesses starting small and growing.
