How does billing work?
Learn how invoices are generated, what fees they include, and when you are charged.
Your warehouse generates an invoice each billing period (usually monthly) based on the orders shipped, storage used, and any additional services. You can review charges before they are paid and download a copy for your records.
What an invoice includes
- Fulfillment fees — a flat fee per order plus a per-item fee for additional units.
- Shipping costs — the postage your warehouse paid to ship your orders.
- Storage fees — based on the space your inventory occupies in the warehouse.
- Manual charges — any one-off fees added by your warehouse, such as labor or special projects.
When you are charged
If your warehouse uses automatic billing, your saved payment method is charged on the billing date. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice with a payment link and pay manually.
