What happens if my invoice is past due?
Learn what happens when payment is late and how to resolve a past due balance.
An invoice is considered past due when it remains unpaid 15 days after the billing period ends, or 3 days after a failed automatic charge. You will receive email reminders and the invoice will be marked "Past Due" in your dashboard.
How to resolve a past due balance
- Open Billing and find the past due invoice.
- Click "Pay Now" and complete the payment.
- If your card was declined, update your payment method first and then retry the charge.
Need more time?
