Why is there a charge I do not recognize on my invoice?

Understand the line items on your invoice and how to dispute one.

Each invoice lists line items grouped by category — fulfillment, shipping, storage, and manual charges. Click any line item to see the related order or service date.

Common categories

  • Fulfillment — per-order and per-item picking and packing fees.
  • Shipping — postage paid on your behalf.
  • Storage — inventory holding fees for the period.
  • Labor — time-based work performed by warehouse staff.
  • Adjustments — credits or one-off corrections from your warehouse.

Disputing a charge

  1. Open the invoice and find the line item in question.
  2. Contact your warehouse directly through the order issue or message them with the invoice number and line description.
  3. Your warehouse can apply a credit if the charge was incorrect, which will appear on your next invoice.
