How do I connect my first store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.)?

Clients connect their store from the Integrations page in their portal. The connection imports orders automatically and syncs tracking numbers back when labels are created.

Clients connect their store from Integrations → Add Integration in the client portal. Once connected, orders flow in automatically and tracking numbers sync back to the store the moment a shipping label is created.

Most integrations take 1–2 minutes. Shopify uses a one-click OAuth handoff; others (Amazon, WooCommerce) need an API key or store URL.

Supported platforms

  • Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, Magento
  • Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart
  • ShipStation (bidirectional sync for warehouses already using it)

How to connect

  1. Log in to the client portal and go to Integrations.
  2. Click Add Integration and pick your platform.
  3. Follow the prompts. For Shopify, you'll be redirected to your store to approve access. For others, paste in the API key or store URL when asked.
  4. Choose an import mode: Unfulfilled only (recommended for going live), Since a specific date, or All historical orders.
  5. Click Connect. Your first sync usually completes within a minute.

You're done when…

You see a green "Connected" status next to the integration and your most recent orders appear under Orders within a minute.
