How do I connect my Shopify store?
Add your Shopify store from the Integrations section so orders import automatically and tracking pushes back to customers.
To connect Shopify, open your Account page, go to the Integrations section, click Add Integration, and select Shopify. You will be guided through the connection in a few steps.
What you need before you start
- Your Shopify store URL (for example, mystore.myshopify.com)
- Admin access to your Shopify store so you can approve the connection
Connection steps
Click Add Integration on your Account page and choose Shopify. Enter your store URL when prompted, then approve the connection inside Shopify when redirected. Once approved, you will be returned to the platform and the integration will appear as Active.
Choose how to import orders
During setup, choose how far back to import existing orders:
- Unfulfilled only — pulls in only open orders awaiting fulfillment (recommended for most users)
- Since a specific date — imports every order placed after the date you choose
- All orders — imports the entire order history (use sparingly on large stores)
After connecting
New orders will appear automatically within a few minutes of being placed. Once you ship an order and add a tracking number, the tracking will be pushed back to Shopify and your customer will receive the standard Shopify shipping notification.
