How do I connect Slack for notifications?

Add a Slack incoming webhook URL in your settings to receive real-time alerts for low stock, returns, and order issues.

To connect Slack, generate an incoming webhook URL in your Slack workspace, paste it into your account settings, and choose which alerts you want to receive.

Generate a Slack webhook URL

In Slack, go to Apps and search for Incoming Webhooks. Add it to a channel, and Slack will give you a webhook URL that starts with https://hooks.slack.com/.

Add the webhook to the platform

Warehouse administrators add the webhook in Admin Settings under the Slack section. Clients add their own webhook in Account under the Slack section. Each side runs independently, so a warehouse and its client can both receive their own notifications in their own workspaces.

Choose your alerts

Once connected, you can toggle each notification type on or off:

• Low stock alerts
• Returns received
• Order issues opened
• Sync errors
• Inventory received (clients)
• Order shipped (clients)
