Why are my orders not importing from my store?

Most import problems come from a disconnected integration, missing SKUs, or filters excluding the orders you expected.

If orders are not appearing, the most common causes are an expired connection, missing or unmatched SKUs, or an import setting that is filtering them out.

Check the integration status

Open your Account page and look at the Integrations section. The integration should be marked Active. If it shows an error or warning, click into it to see the latest sync error and reconnect if needed.

Check the Sync Errors page

Warehouse administrators can open the Sync Errors page to see a detailed log of every failed import attempt. Each entry includes the exact reason and which order or product it relates to.

Check your import settings

Open the integration and confirm the import mode. If it is set to 'Unfulfilled only,' orders that were already marked fulfilled in your store will not be imported. If it is set to a 'Since date,' orders placed before that date will be skipped.

Check for missing SKUs

The platform requires every line item to have a SKU. If a Shopify, Amazon, or other store product has no SKU, the order will either be skipped or imported as a stub with an issue raised on it.

Still stuck?

If everything looks correct and orders are still not appearing, click Resync on the integration to force a fresh pull, or contact your warehouse administrator who can review the integration logs.
