How do I import many products at once?

Use the Bulk Import wizard to upload a CSV or spreadsheet. Our AI maps your columns to the right fields automatically.

To import many products at once, open Inventory and click Bulk Import. You can upload a CSV, Excel file, or even a screenshot of a spreadsheet from your previous platform.

How the import works

Our AI reads your file and matches each column to the correct field, such as SKU, name, weight, and price. You'll see a preview where you can confirm the mapping and fix anything that looks wrong before importing.

After the import

Imported products appear immediately in your catalog with zero quantity on hand. To add stock, send an inbound shipment to the warehouse and they'll receive it against the matching SKU.
