Capture lot and expiry on receipt

When your warehouse receives a shipment, they enter the lot number and expiry date for each batch. The same SKU can have multiple lots in stock at once, each with its own expiry.

How orders are picked

Orders are picked using the soonest expiry first, also known as FEFO (First Expired, First Out). This minimizes waste and keeps fresh stock moving.

Expiry alerts

You'll see expiring inventory on the Expiry page in your sidebar, and you can opt in to email alerts a set number of days before expiry.
