How do I send my first inventory shipment to the warehouse?

Use the Send Inventory wizard to create an inbound shipment, list the items you're sending, and share tracking with your warehouse.

To send your first inventory shipment, open the Send Inventory page from your client portal sidebar and follow the guided wizard. You'll tell the warehouse what's coming, when it's expected, and how it's being shipped.

Create the inbound shipment

Click Send Inventory, then choose the warehouse you're shipping to. Enter the carrier and tracking number so the warehouse can see exactly when your shipment will arrive.

Add the products you're sending

Search your product catalog and add each SKU along with the quantity you're sending. If a product doesn't exist yet, add it to your catalog first from the Inventory page.

Submit and track

After you submit, the warehouse will receive a notification and your shipment will appear under Inbound Shipments. You'll see live tracking updates and a confirmation when each item is received and added to your on-hand inventory.
