How do I move stock between warehouses?

Open the product, click Transfer Stock, and choose the source and destination warehouses. The transfer creates a paired outbound and inbound record.

If your warehouse has more than one location, you can move stock between them without creating a new inbound shipment.

Start a transfer

Open the product in Inventory, click Transfer Stock, and select the source warehouse, destination warehouse, and quantity. Confirm to create the transfer.

What happens next

The system records an outbound deduction from the source and an inbound addition to the destination. Both warehouses see the transfer in their inventory log so the audit trail stays clean.
