How do I print packing slips and shipping labels?

Print labels and packing slips individually or in bulk for faster fulfillment.

You can print shipping labels and packing slips individually from the order detail page, or in bulk from the Orders list.

Print one order

1. Open the order.
2. Click Buy Label to purchase shipping if you haven't yet.
3. Click Print Label or Print Packing Slip from the order header.

The PDF opens in a new tab and is ready to print on a thermal printer or standard paper.

Print multiple orders at once

1. Go to the Orders page.
2. Filter or search for the orders you want to print.
3. Select them using the checkboxes on the left.
4. In the bulk action bar at the bottom, click Print Labels or Print Packing Slips.
5. A combined PDF opens with one page per order.

Paper sizes

Labels are formatted at 4x6 inches by default, which works for both thermal printers and standard letter paper. Packing slips print at standard letter size.
