How do I set up shipping carriers and services?

Add carrier services per client in Account → Shipping Services. Each option maps to a carrier, service code, and confirmation level used at label time.

To set up the carriers and services your warehouse will use to ship a client's orders, open the client's Account and go to the Shipping Services section. Each row defines one shipping option that will appear when picking a label.

Add a shipping option

Click Add Service and choose the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others), the service code (such as Priority Mail or Ground), the package type, and the signature confirmation level. Give it a clear display name so your team can pick it quickly.

Set a default

Mark one option as the default. Orders that arrive without a specific shipping method will use the default automatically, which speeds up everyday fulfillment.
