Why are my orders not syncing from my store?

Common reasons orders stop importing from Shopify, WooCommerce, and other connected stores, plus how to fix them.

If new orders are not showing up in the platform, the issue is almost always with the store connection itself rather than the platform. Start by checking the Integrations page for the affected store.

Check the integration status

Go to Integrations and look at the connection for your store. A red status badge or a "Last sync failed" message means the platform tried to fetch orders and got an error back from your store.

  • Expired credentials are the most common cause for ShipStation, Amazon, and eBay connections.
  • A revoked Shopify app access token will silently stop sync until you reconnect.
  • A changed store URL or API key on the store side will break the connection.

Reconnect the store

Click Disconnect on the affected integration, then reconnect using fresh credentials. Reconnecting does not delete any of your existing orders or inventory — it only re-establishes the link.

Check the sync errors page

Warehouse admins can open Admin → Sync Errors to see a per-tenant log of every failed sync attempt with the exact error message returned. This is the fastest way to diagnose problems like rate limits, invalid SKUs, or missing customer data.
