Why was my order flagged for review?

How automatic order routing flags work and what to do when an order needs manual review.

When an order arrives that the platform cannot ship automatically, it is flagged with a routing reason and held for warehouse review. This prevents bad data from creating bad shipments.

Common flag reasons

  • Insufficient inventory — one or more SKUs do not have enough stock on hand.
  • Unrecognized SKU — the order contains a SKU that does not exist in the product catalog.
  • Address validation failed — Geoapify could not confirm the shipping address is deliverable.
  • Missing required field — the order is missing a phone number, country, or other required value.

How to resolve a flagged order

Open the order detail page. The flag reason appears at the top in an amber banner. Most flags can be cleared in seconds — for example, by editing the address, mapping the SKU to an existing product, or receiving more inventory.
